1. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and payment is not accepted in any other currency.

2. When an order is placed we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order, this is an acceptance of your order.

3. We reserve the right to cancel an order you have placed but without cost to you.

4. Distance Selling Regulations negate your right to cancel as your contract commences when payment is processed. You are not obliged to proceed to the next stage payment. The supply of services and personalised goods, as outline in Distance Selling Regulations 13, “the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10”, 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with consumer’s agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.

5. As the products we supply are bespoke to you and cannot be resold, we have no refund policy.

6. Technical Drawings Ltd cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information that has been provided by you. We cannot be held responsible for inacurracy of quotation given by others for work based on planning drawings only, all specified elements and structural detailing is only within our Building Regulation Plans.

7. All Plans will be delivered to you by email in PDF format. Paper versions will be delivered using Recorded Delivery.

8. This website or any part of time may not be reproduced or used by others without our express written consent.
